内皮系膜性肾小球肾炎
肾小球的内皮细胞和系膜细胞弥漫性增殖早期常伴有不同程度中性多形核白细胞的浸润,故又称之为增殖渗出性肾小球肾炎,常见于急性链球菌感染后肾炎起病的2~3周内。晚一些时,渗出的白细胞逐渐吸收,增殖的内皮细胞亦渐消退,而只留下增生的系膜细胞,又称为系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎,后者见于急性肾炎恢复期和慢性、迁延性肾炎或其他。
