适应症： 用于抗早孕、扩宫颈及中期引产。本品配合丙酸睾丸素或三烯高诺酮使用，可使抗早孕有效率提高。
用量用法：
阴道给药，用于抗早孕。 1.先口服三烯高诺酮１次３ｍｇ，１日３次，共４日；或先肌注丙酸睾丸素１日１００ｍｇ，共３日，４８小时后阴道后穹窿处放１粒卡波前列腺素甲酯栓（５ｍｇ），经１２小时无效，再肌注卡波前列腺素２ｍｇ。 2.１次口服６００ｍｇ米非司酮，第３日或第４日阴道后穹窿放１粒卡波前列腺素甲酯栓（１ｍｇ）。 3.单用时，直接将卡波前列腺素甲酯５ｍｇ放入阴道后穹窿处，如１２小时后无效，再肌注２ｍｇ卡波前列腺 素。用于扩宫颈、于负压吸宫前放１粒阴道栓（０．５ｍｇ）。
注意事项：
1.主要有恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应。 2.血压骤降和心悸等。 3.静滴过量可引起子宫痉挛性收缩或胎儿窒息，应严密观察。 剂量过大时，可引起支气管痉挛，有哮喘病史者忌用。
规格： 栓剂：每粒０．５ｍｇ、１ｍｇ、５ｍｇ。
