本实验采用 NADPH-d方法研究发现 :在应激的早期 ( 1~ 6d) ,一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在大脑皮质、基底前脑、纹状体、间脑和脑干内出现的部位增多 ,一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的数量也增多 ;而在应激的晚期 ( 9d以后 ) ,一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元出现的部位及数量明显减少。
