胸腔引流术
drainage of pleural cavity

最常用于脓胸、血胸、液气胸病例，术前需经X线检查明确脓胸部位，选定引流口切口位置，一般可在腋中线第7肋间，局部麻醉下在胸壁部位做长5～8cm切口，经肋间或在骨膜下切除一段约5cm长的肋骨，经肋床切开壁层胸膜，则可经切口插入引流管，接水封瓶引流，部分缝合引流管两侧皮肤切口固定引流管。
