迷走神经干切断术
truncal vagotomy
即在食管裂孔水平将左、右腹迷走神经干切除一段。该术式简单易行，但缺点颇多：①由于腹迷走神经干尚有管理肝、胆、胰、小肠的分支，都遭到不必要的切断，造成上述器官功能紊乱，如胆石形成、小肠运动失调。②胃张力与蠕动减退，胃潴留，促胃液素增多，导致溃疡复发。③顽固性腹泻。因而该术式现已摒弃不用。手术适应证、切口、麻醉和并发症见“胃迷走神经切除术”。
