肺动脉漏斗部狭窄

又称“右心室漏斗部狭窄”。是肺动脉口狭窄的一个类型。为右心室流出道发育障碍，形成流出道环状肌肉肥厚或肥大而横跨室壁与间隔间，造成右心室流出道漏斗形狭窄。分为两类。第1类为右心室流出道隔膜型狭窄，在圆锥部下方，右心室流出道形成一个室上嵴与壁束间的纤维肌肉隔膜，把右心室分隔成两个心腔，上为稍膨大的漏斗部，下为肌肉肥厚的右心室，二者间隔膜中心有一狭窄孔道，直径在3～15mm之间。第2类为右心室流出道管道型狭窄，主要为右心室流出道壁层弥漫性肌肉肥厚，形成一较长的狭窄心腔通道。肺动脉漏斗部狭窄的治疗，应在体外循环下行直视纠治术，切除心内肥厚肉柱，疏通流出道。
