被动运动
passive exercise

  依靠医务人员或患者健肢的帮助或利用专门器械进行的运动。常用于创伤后或瘫痪引起的肢体功能障碍,可有效地放松紧张、痉挛的肌肉,牵伸挛缩、粘连组织,维持或改善关节活动功能。注意运动范围和量要由小到大,逐渐加强,切忌暴力。
