【性状】
本品为白色片。
【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于扑米酮0.25g ），加乙醇30ml，温热使扑 米酮溶解，滤过。滤液置水浴上蒸干，残渣照扑米酮项下的鉴别(1)、(2) 项试验，显相 同的反应。
【检查】
溶出度 取本品，照溶出度测定法（附录Ⅹ C第二法），以水900ml为溶济 ，转速为每分钟50转，依法操作，经60分钟时，取溶液10ml，滤过，取续滤液作为供试品溶 液；另精密称取扑米酮对照品约25mg，置100ml量瓶中，加水适量，超声处理使溶解，放冷， 加水稀释至刻度，作为对照品溶液。取上述两种溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）,在257nm 的波长处测定吸收度，计算出每片的溶出量。限度为标示量的70％，应符合规定。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品15片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于扑米酮 0.25g ），照氮测定法（附录Ⅶ D第一法）测定。每1ml硫酸滴定液(0.05mol/L) 相 当于10.91mg 的C12H14N2O2。
