性质:又称蝇蕈碱,蕈毒碱。其氯化物,粗棱柱状结晶(乙醇+丙酮),熔点180~181℃,极易吸潮,旋光度+8.1°(c=3.5,乙醇),水溶液稳定。天然存在于伞蕈科植物蝇蕈[ Amanita muscaria (L. ex Fr.) Pers. Ex Hook.],桑科植物大麻(Cannabis sativa L.)雌花花穗分泌的树脂等植物中。可用化学合成法制得。本品具有类似乙酰胆碱样作用,专属地作用于节后副交感效应器。动物实验表明,对猫和犬具有明显的降压作用,对小鼠有明显加强巴比妥钠的催眠作用,可使睡眠时间从对照组的17.2min增加到52.6min。
