寰椎骨折
fracture of atlas
是由垂直暴力通过颅骨，使寰椎侧块被挤压于枕骨与枢椎之间，致寰椎的前弓、后弓裂开。表现为头痛、颈痛、颈僵硬。CT扫描可确诊及了解移位情况。无脊髓损伤者，布带牵引后用石膏固定12周。有脊髓损伤者，作颅骨牵引，神经症状消退后石膏再固定至骨折愈合。
