Crude oil samples in the Shengli Oilfield were investigated by using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy(SFS).
利用同步扫描荧光光谱技术,在10-4g/L至10g/L浓度范围内获取胜利油田原油样品在不同浓度下波长差为40nm的正己烷萃取液的同步光谱,发现不同的浓度下同步光谱不仅表现为峰高变化,峰位也有显著变化。

荧光扫描
放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。利用光子激发某种核素产生特征X射线以获得检查脏器影像的显(成)像方法。如用长寿命的241Am作为放射源，利用241Am发射的60keVγ射线激发体内的稳定127I，使之产生28.5keV的特征X射线，后者可以被探测器接收，当放射源与探头一同在体表移动时，就可以获得扫描图像，临床上较常用的是甲状腺荧光扫描。
