方名。出元·罗天益《卫生宝鉴·卷十五》。功效：疏肝理气，散寒止痛。主治：寒凝肝脉，厥阴气滞而致少腹腰脊痛引睾丸，甚则痛冲心胸者。药物组成：茴香(炒)、楝实(锉炒)、 食茱萸、陈皮、马蔺花各1两(醋炒)，芫花5钱(醋炒)。用法：共为细末，醋糊如桐子大，每服10～20丸，温酒送下，空心食前服。
