This study was aimed to explore the expression of MIP-1α,MCP-1 and their receptors CCR-1, CCR-2 in bcr/abl fusion gene positive CML cells, and to study the effects of P210~ bcr/abl fusion protein tyrosine kinase on expression of MIP-1α, MCP-1 and their receptors CCR-1, CCR-2 mRNAs in chronic myeloid leukemia cells.
本文旨在研究MIP-1α和MCP-1及其受体CCR-1和CCR-2在慢性髓系白血病细胞中的表达,同时观察P210bcr/abl融合蛋白中酪氨酸激酶对MIP-1α和MCP-1及其受体CCR-1和CCR-2mRNA表达的影响。

To predict B cell epitope for the fusion region of BCR-ABL fusion protein(p210~(BCR-ABL))in chronic myeloid leukemia,based on BCR-ABL fusion protein sequence,the B cell epitope for BCR-ABL fusion region was predicted by methods of EMBOSS program,DNAstar software,hopp and woods hydrophility,Janin accessibility,polarity,flexibility and secondary structure.
以BCR-ABL融合蛋白氨基酸序列为基础,采用EMBOSS软件及DNAstar软件结合Hopp and Woods亲水性参数、Janin可及性参数、极性参数、柔韧性参数及二级结构方案对慢性粒细胞白血病BCR-ABL融合蛋白(p210~(BCR-ABL))融合区的B细胞表位进行预测。
