主料：猪耳朵1个
辅料：葱丝半杯
调料/腌料：酱油，辣油各1大匙，糖，味精1/2小匙，醋，香油各1/2大匙
制作过程
(1) 猪耳朵剖洗干净后，用盐水先汆烫5分钟，再另入滚水中用中小火煮约30分钟。
(2) 捞出猪耳朵，待其凉后切片，再加调味料和葱丝拌匀即可。
备注说明
备注：辣油做法：
（1）备一只大碗，放辣椒粉1大匙，香油少许。
（2）色拉油1杯，葱2根，姜2片，花椒粒，白芝麻，（花椒和白芝麻用纱布包裹）各1小匙，共同煮沸后，再倒进上述做法1的大碗中，油冷却后过滤出油便成。
