性质:又称白细胞介素-3。主要由活化T细胞或T细胞克隆产生。含133个氨基酸残基。免疫调节剂,可刺激多能干细胞和多种祖细胞的增殖和分化。刺激皮肤上皮细胞、CD4-CD8-TCRαβ细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞的增殖,阻止巨噬细胞发生程序性细胞死亡。
