Reverse oblique intertrochanteric fracture is a special type of intertrochanteric fracture.
本文对我院2002年1月到2008年1月31例股骨反转子间骨折的病例进行综合的回顾分析,病例按AO/OTA分型均为A3型,并分别采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)、股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)、动力髁螺钉(DCS)和DHS+转子支持钢板(TSP)治疗。

股骨转子间骨折
intertrochanteric fracture
发生在股骨颈基部至小转子水平之间的骨折。多见于老年人。伤后髋痛，不能站立和行走，下肢呈短缩外旋畸形，大转子上移。X线检查显示骨折类型和移位情况。根据骨折类型和移位、全身情况决定治疗方式，可采用牵引或手术方法，应注意纠正髋内翻和短缩畸形。手术内固定包括钉板类、多根钉以及Ender钉等多种类型。应注意防治由卧床所引致的各种并发症。
