Method: The models of HIBD in infant-rats were made by the hypoxic-ischemia way of Hu zhi-bing .
目的:分组测缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)幼大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮(NO),一氧化氮合酶(NOS),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量变化;并观察大脑皮层中p53 蛋白的表达及组织形态学改变,探讨HIBD 的发病机理。
