吲哚氰绿试验
又称"靛青绿滞留试验"。诊断肝脏疾病时采用的一种染料试验。静脉注射后,被肝细胞摄取、结合、排泄,最后由胆道排入肠道。根据其在血中滞留量来判断肝细胞排泄功能受损的程度。正常值为0~10%,肝硬化患者,潴留率明显增高。
