Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of artificial meshes(expanded polytetrafluoroethylene,e-PTFE) and composix mesh on restoration of large abclominal wall defects Methods Four cases of large defect of abdominal wall caused by abdominal wall tumors and injury were repaired by the artificial meshes combined with myocutaneous flaps.
