| 任脉 人体奇经八脉之一。任脉总任一身阴经，与全身所有阴经相连，凡精血、津液均为任脉所司，故称为阴脉之海。任脉能妊养胎儿，与女子经、带、胎、产的关系密切。任脉起于胞中，下出会阴，经阴阜，沿腹部和胸部正中线上行，经过咽喉，到达下唇内，环绕口唇，上至龈交穴，与督脉相会，并向上分行至两目下。分支由胞中贯脊，向上循行于背部 。本经脉腧穴包括会阴、曲骨、中极、关元、石门、气海、阴交、神阙、水分、下脘、建里、中脘、上脘、巨阙、鸠尾 、中庭、膻中、玉堂、紫宫、华盖、璇玑、天突、廉泉、承浆共24穴。
