会阴部放射伤
病名。常发生于盆腔恶性疾病的 放射治疗后。急性损伤局部出现红斑及水肿；慢性改变包括皮肤萎缩、毛细血管扩张、色素 沉 着、表皮脱落及皮肤小血管损害。伤处痛痒并作，渐成溃疡。初可保守治疗，对已形成溃 疡者 ，若组织缺损小可切除后直接缝合；缺损较大时用周围健康组织转移封闭缺损，即带蒂皮瓣 或肌皮瓣(如股薄肌)转移移植。
