津血同源 生理学名词。津和血均源于饮食水谷精微，同属人体的阴液。二者在生理上互相转化，互相作用，参与周身体液调节；病理上则互相影响。《灵枢·决气》：“营气者，泌其津液，注之于脉，化以为血。”《灵枢·痈疽》：“中焦出气如露，上注溪谷而渗孙脉，津液和调，变化而赤为血。”《灵枢·营卫生会》：“故夺血者无汗，夺汗者无血。”《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》：“亡血家不可发汗。”大汗则津泄，故对失血、血虚者不宜发汗。临床所见大汗、大吐、或大泻等津液耗伤者，往往相继表现出心悸气短，脉细无力，面白舌淡等心血亏虚证候。
