即合理安排就餐时间,正确分配每餐的食品数量。①合理的饮食次数与间隔时间,以每日四餐为最合适,间隔4小时为佳。②食物数量的分配,早餐占全天热量20%~25%,午餐为全天热量30%~35%,晚餐占全天热量25%~30%,午后点心占全天总热量10%~15%。
