大迎 经穴名。出《素问·气穴论》。别名髓孔。属足阳明胃经。在面部，下颌角前方咬肌附着部前缘，当面动脉搏动处。布有面神经及颊神经，前方有面动、静脉通过。主治齿痛，颊肿，牙关紧闭，口，及面神经麻痹，腮腺炎等。斜刺0.3-0.5寸，或沿皮刺0.5-1寸，避开血管。艾条灸3-5分钟。
