    (牛带虫) 
    国内分布于青海、西藏、广西、贵州;国外分布在世界各地区。
大型个体,体长1000-1200毫米,最大宽度7毫米,共有1000-2000个节片。生殖孔位于节片的边缘中部。头节近方型,具4个吸盘。睾丸数约300个。卵巢由左右两瓣组成。子宫具15-30个两侧分支。卵与六钩蚴均呈球形。体呈淡黄色。
    为世界性分布,其成虫主要寄生在人的小肠,幼虫寄生于黄牛、水牛、羊、鹿等动物的肌肉内。当牛食草时吞食虫卵后,卵在其十二指肠内孵化为六钧蚴虫,该幼虫穿过肠壁随血流或淋巴管,带至肌肉,两个月后发育为牛囊尾蚴。人吃未煮熟含有牛囊尾蚴的牛肉而被感染。在人体内三个月左右即可变为成虫。
    为牛带绦虫病的传染源,在欧洲流仟甚为严重、在我国华北等地也时有感染。熟食牛肉即可杜绝此病发生。
