鼻俞
bishu
耳俞(b ishu)针灸穴名。出《元亨疗马维》。牛羊又称过梁或月堂穴。见《.医针灸汇编》。位于鼻骨前端两侧，鼻领切迹前下方，马、牛距弃孔上缘约3厘米处，羊距鼻孔上缘l一1.5厘米，左右侧各一穴。刹入弃侧壁及弃中隔，有棘再动、静脉和鼻后神经分布。施针时用三棱针或小宽针迅速横刺，穿透鼻中隔，出血。亦可从两侧针刺，不穿透鼻中隔。具有止咳定喘、泻热止痛功效。主治马中署、脑充血、肺热、感胃、鼻肿、病痛、支气管炎;牛感冒、支气管炎及宿草不转。牛该穴配耳根穴作针刺麻醉进行补弃术;羊牙关紧闭、歪嘴风、颊部肿胀。马此穴与血t是异穴同治，通常是病重针血堂，病轻针葬俞，而血堂出血较多，慎用为宜。(孙永才)
