| 孙膑 中国战国中期军事家。真名失传。齐国阿（今山东阳谷东北）、鄄（今山东鄄城北）一带人。孙武后裔。生卒年不详，约活动于公元前4世纪下半叶 。 传说与庞涓同时从鬼谷子学习兵法。庞涓为魏惠王将军，因忌妒孙膑才能，将其骗至魏国，施以膑刑（割去膝盖骨），故称孙膑。后为齐使者秘密带回齐国，经将军田忌举荐，被齐威王重用为军师。在齐、魏争雄具有决定意义的桂陵之战、马陵之战中，孙膑指挥齐军两次击败魏军，迫庞涓自杀，使齐国成为强国之一 。他在作战中运用避实击虚、攻其必救的原则，创造了著名的“围魏救赵”战法，为古往今来兵家所效法。孙膑及其弟子所撰《孙膑兵法》继承了孙武的军事思想，总结战国中期以前的战争经验，具有鲜明的时代特色，给后世留下了宝贵的军事理论遗产。
