To investigate the relationship between LRP15 gene promoter region methylation and its gene expression in acute leukemia patients, the status of LRP15 gene promoter region methylation was detected by MS-PCR and the gene expression was detected by RT-PCR in bone marrow samples from leukemia patients.
为了探讨LRP15基因在急性白血病(AL)患者中的表达情况及其与启动子区CpG岛甲基化的关系,采用甲基化特异PCR(MSP)方法检测AL患者LRP15基因启动子区甲基化状态,并用RT-PCR方法检测该基因在这些患者中的表达情况。
