Methods Ten COPD patients with respiratory failure who should receive mechanical ventilation treatment were divided into two groups randomly: experimental group which received PRVC and the control group which experienced VC(A/C)(assistant/control of volume control).

容量转换型通气机
volume cycled ventilator
按预定容量正压向气道内送气,当送气量达到预定值时即自动停止送气,由吸气状态转换为呼气的通气机。其通气量恒定,但在气道阻力大、肺顺应性差时,对肺循环影响较大。
