羊膜腔内注射法
即用腰麻穿刺针经腹壁、子宫壁刺入羊膜腔内，然后向羊膜腔内注射药液。如向羊膜腔内注射利凡诺或芫花等药液。另外为防止早产儿先后发生肺透明膜综合征，在孕37周以前需终止妊娠者在引产前向羊水内注入地塞米松。穿刺部位一般在脐下腹正中线旁任一侧，以胎儿肢体侧为宜。有时需B超配合确定穿刺点。
