The friction and wear behaviour of natural living tooth and several dental prosthetic materials made of polymer, metal, and ceramics in sliding against SAE52100 steel was investigated on a modified fretting friction and wear test rig.
结果表明 :天然牙的摩擦学性能优良 ;拜尔牙、热固塑料、铜基合金、钛及钛合金是较为理想的牙科修复材料 ;尤其是钛及钛合金 ,不但生物相容性优异 ,而且与天然牙摩擦学性能匹配 ,是最具有发展前景的牙科修复材料 。

齿科领面修复材料dental maxillofaeial prosth-esis material用于修复领面部软硬组织缺损和畸形的材料。主要用于修复范围较大且复杂而不适于外科手术的缺损。根据领面部缺损组织所处部位，领面缺损修复可分为领骨缺损修复和面部缺损修复两大部分。为了满足临床上的机能恢复和美观等需要，修复材料除了应用义齿材料外，还需考虑修复体的固位、质轻、软组织面柔软及模拟天然组织颜色等要求。 齿科领面修复材料主要有以下3种。 ①甲基丙烯酸醋类塑料:有甲基丙烯酸甲酷基托塑料及软性塑料。软性塑料内主要加有增塑剂。另外还有亲水性甲基丙烯酸经乙酷等，用以修复组织面，可减少对组织的压迫，并可增加固位。 ②硅橡胶:有甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、海绵状硅橡胶、氟素橡胶等。由于硅橡胶有弹性，能与甲基丙烯酸甲醋塑料结合，可配色及组织相容性良好等优点，已广泛用于领面部缺损的修复。 ③磁性体:采用钦铁硼磁体一软性合金系统，并用闭合磁场磁体设计磁性固位体，已成为增加领面修复体固位力的重要手段，在临床上已取得满意的效果。 (张彩霞)
