新四军在鄂中攻克日伪军所占孝感县城的战斗。1941年8月8日晚，新四军第5师第37团、第38团各一部和汉孝陂手枪队，在师警卫部队1个连及群众配合下，袭入湖北省孝感县城，毙伤伪军40余人，全歼日军宣抚班，烧毁汽车站和汽车10余辆，运出大批食盐和布匹。
