脑脊液瘘的主要危险在于颅内感染和引起颅内低压。手术适应证为：①伤后大量漏液，常见于开放性颅脑损伤(包括火器伤)，应在清创同时修补瘘口；②漏液持续3周以上不自愈者及间断性少量漏液者。手术进路可分为颅外及颅内两种。
