Objective: To make an observation on the ultrastructure of periapical biofilm in chronic periapical periodontitis and to study bacteria in the biofilm in order to find out the species、 constitution and origination of bacteria in periapical biofilm.
研究目的：观察根尖生物膜超微结构，并对其细菌进行分离、培养和鉴定，了解根尖生物膜细菌的种类、组成和来源。
