胎儿巨细胞病毒感染综合征
为孕妇早孕期初染巨细胞病毒引起。表现:胎儿生长发育受限。小眼,小头畸形,小下颌,癫■,痉挛性截瘫,脑积水,智力低下。脉络膜视网膜炎,失明。耳聋或听力减退。肝脾肿大,腹水,溶血性贫血,血小板减少,局灶性肺炎,胰腺纤维囊肿。骨骼发育异常,肢体畸形。可因孕妇感染巨细胞病毒而流产、早产或生后数周内死亡。也可因哺乳使新生儿感染,表现肝炎、肺炎伴发胰腺纤维囊肿等。复发或再感染孕妇的胎儿感染率低,致病致畸者极少。先天感染的诊断通过脐血中抗巨细胞病毒IgM抗体或IgA抗体阳性,患儿唾液、尿或组织内有大的核内包涵体的巨细胞均可助诊。分离出巨细胞病毒可确诊。有感染史的妇女,应作优生咨询,孕期应作产前诊断。
