tongxun he tielux!nhoox}tongt一oosh*通讯和铁路信号系统调试(eommissioningof eommunieation and railway signal system) 冶金工厂中，通讯系统与厂区铁路信号系统多由同一部门施工，调整试运行通常由同时掌握通讯与铁路信号两专业知识与调试技能的人员完成。 通讯系统调试冶金工厂中自动化水平的提高，要求通讯手段能够更高效、更准确、更及时地传递各种信息。常用的通讯手段有有线电话、载波电话、无线通讯、光纤通讯、工业电视和广播等多种。 有线电话主要包括调度电话、纵横制自动电话和程控电话。 调度电话是用于生产指挥调度的通讯装置，多采、用共电式电话，其调试项目为电源检查测试、线路校核及测试、各单元电话及插件板检查与通话试验，保证通话对象选择的正确性与良好的通话效果。 纵横制自动电话是机械动作式的自动交换电话。通电前的调试项目为:设备及安装状况检查;总配线架上用户线路与交换机间绝缘隔断检查;线路电端与地端电阻测定;各设备接地电阻测试;电源检查和用户线路校核。电源投入后的开通试验项目有:(1)链路测试(呼入、呼出及中继链路测试)。用以考察交换机在最不利情况下的工作状况，保证交换系统正确可靠地完成各线路的接续。(2)各电路性能测试。包括用户电路、用户收发器、线路、标志器时限电路、出入中继电路、话务台、信号电路及总警号的性能测试。(3)大话务量试验，检查测试交换机的重载工作能力。(4)其它测试。主要有信号衰减度测试，衰减频率特性测试、串声衰减测试、呼叫测试和失真度测试等通讯质量指标的测定和调整。 程控电话的程控交换系统由硬件(话路、控制装置、输入输出接口)和软件(控制程序及有关数据)两部分组成。程控电话交换系统的调试项目主要有:设备及安装状况检查;电源检查与调整;通电后的系统测试。系统翻试是由以微机控制的系统测试台进行，测试台由测试控制部分、故障告警显示部分及系统状态控制显示部分组成。对硬件功能的测试与调整内容有:匹配调整;信号校验;“一切正常”信号测试;信息校验;状态监视;接触测试;通讯质量指标的测定和调整。软件调试指对软件识别功能(数据识别与控制)的试验和调整。 载波电话将被话音信号调制的高频波信号通过电力线路传输到对方，经解调还原成话音信号，完成语言通讯。调试项目有:电源电压检查;载波中心频率与频偏调整，接收单元调整;发送方输出功率放大级调整;保护电路调整与试验等。
