生物医学模式
biomedical model
医学模式是人类对健康及疾病观察与处理方法的宏观概括。生物医学模式是医生根据病人的症状，利用高、精、尖仪器，经过实验室检查，对疾病作出诊断，再根据疾病的病理生理机转，给予适当治疗的全过程，与此同时公共卫生措施广泛施行，使人群中传染病发病率大幅度下降，婴儿及儿童死亡率不断下降，人的期望寿命不断延长。这时人们对生命现象、机体变化及对健康和疾病的认识都决定于生物医学观点。这一直是医生观察处理各种医学领域中问题的思想和方法，并在医学长期发展中居统治地位。但生物医学模式仍有不足，因疾病还受心理和社会因素的影响，表现有很大差异，医患矛盾等问题，有待克服。
