Methods According to ASTM Standards for Medical Devices of America, polyurethane sponges are used to perform such biological tests as cytotoxicity test, acute toxicity test, pyrogenic reactions test, stimulation test of conjunctiva and cornea, sensitization test.
方法:参照美国《ASTM医用装置标准》试验方法,分别用上述4种海绵进行以下生物学测试:(1)细胞毒性试验(四唑盐比色法,即MTT法);(2)急性全身毒性试验;(3)热源试验;(4)眼结膜角膜刺激试验;(5)致敏试验。

淋巴细胞毒性试验
lymphocytotoxicity test，LCT
组织定型试验的一种。把预定的器官供者或受者的淋巴细胞分成数份，每一份细胞均加入补体，再分别与一批已知抗组织相容性抗原的抗血清一起孵育。特异性移植抗原与抗体在淋巴细胞表面相互作用，导致淋巴细胞的损伤，此损伤可借细胞失去排除台盼蓝染料进入细胞的能力而检查出来。本试验的优点是敏感、简单，且重复性好。
