锅烧肥牛土豆
材料 ：嫩肥牛薄片，小土豆，鲜菇菌，蒜粒，干辣椒，蒜青／蒜白。
调味料 ：糖色一大匙，老抽一大匙，红油一茶匙，料酒一大匙，高汤一饭碗，味精／香醋各少许。
做法 ：小土豆入滚水煮熟，去皮备用。一大匙油加一大匙糖烧热成褐色，放进土豆／蒜粒／干辣椒翻炒至上色。加高汤，鲜菇菌，所有调味料烧至汤汁收半，加入牛肉片／蒜青，转大火翻炒至汤汁完全收干即可。
