风瘙痒
风瘙痒 病证名。指因感受风热之气而引发之皮肤搔痒。《诸病源候论》卷二：“此由游风在于皮肤，逢寒则身体疼痛，遇热则瘙痒。”风瘙痒证之发，多因素有表虚卫气不固之体征，复感风寒之邪，郁阻于肌肤所致。症发多较突然，所起之处搔痒，甚者可遍及全身，游走无定，或剧痒难忍。若抓搔过甚，局部多现抓痕或成血痂。治宜祛风养血，清热润燥。内服可选当归饮子等。本病相当于皮肤瘙痒症。
