The levels of SDS rats gastrin(GAS), motilium(MTL), vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) were measured by using radioimmunoassay(RIP) after the rats were treated with Baizhu Fuling decoction(BFD) and its compatibility with herbs of tonifying Qi or herbs of eliminating dampness.
方法 :采用苦寒泻下法复制大鼠脾虚模型 ,运用放射免疫分析法 (RIA )检测白术茯苓汤及其与补气药、除湿药的不同配伍对脾虚大鼠胃泌素 (GAS)、胃动素(MTL )及血管活性肠肽 (VIP)的含量影响。

Objective:To research rules of Baizhu Fuling decoction(BZFL) and its compatibilities by observing the effect of BZFL and its compatibilities on levels of gastrin(GAS),motilium(MTL),vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) in rat model of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome(SDS).
目的：研究白术茯苓汤及其配伍对脾虚大鼠血浆胃泌素(GAS)、血浆胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的影响，以探讨益气健脾方剂的配伍规律。

补充资料：菊荔煨鸡汤
原料：
净子鸡1只，水发瑶柱250克，荔枝净肉100克，清水1250克。
调料：
盐10克，味精3克。
药料：
净鲜菊花瓣1朵。
制法：
1、净鸡放入滚水锅煮15分钟，取出洗净。
2、砂锅内放鸡、清水、水发瑶柱、用大火烧煮，转用小火蒸3小时，再放荔枝肉、菊花、烧30分钟，加调料即成。
