肺肾两虚 病证名。指肺肾两脏并见虚证。肺肾为母子关系，二脏病理相互影响，一脏虚弱可导致另一脏不足。有肺肾阴虚和肺气虚、肾阳虚之别。肺肾阴虚以咳嗽，盗汗潮热，五心烦热，腰膝酸软，遗精为主症，治宜滋阴降火；肺气虚、肾阳虚以咳嗽气短，畏寒肢冷，自汗，阳萎，或见浮肿为主症，治宜温补肺肾。
