To clarify the Th1 response characteristics of resistant and susceptible mice during the early phase of malaria parasite infection,the levels of IFN-γ and NO in culture supernatants of splenocytes,suspending lymphocytes and macrophages from DBA/2 and BALB/c mice on the third day post-infection were measured.
为探讨疟原虫感染早期抵抗和易感小鼠Th1反应特点,以约氏疟原虫腹腔感染DBA/2和BALB/c小鼠为材料,用ELISA试剂盒和Griess实验分别检测感染第3天小鼠脾细胞、悬浮细胞以及巨噬细胞培养上清液中IFN-γ和NO水平。
