Methods: Seventy-five patients suffering from retinal vein occlusion were divided into three groups according to the clinical treatments, laser coagulation, intravitreal triamcinilone acetonide .
方法:将门诊确诊的视网膜静脉阻塞患者,根据治疗方法的不同分成3组,激光光凝术治疗组,曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射治疗组,前两种方法的联合治疗组,每组患者25人。

是应用显微分光光度计（microspectrophotometer)对组织和细胞内化学成分进行定量分析的技术。其基本原理是细胞内某种物质的含量不同，其杂色反应的深浅一，对一定波长的光吸收也不同，可通过测定其光密度值(od值)进定量分析比较 。
