Objective:The fiber-optical pharmaceutics dissolution process monitor(FODM)was used in this study to demonstrate the dissolution behavior of meloxicam dispersible tablets and cefradine dispersible tablets and evaluate the utility of FODM.
目的:使用新疆富科思生物技术公司-新疆医科大学联合研制的101型光纤药物溶出过程监测仪,原位、实时监测美洛昔康及头孢拉定分散片的溶出曲线,以评价其性能、特点。
补充资料：6400度法
相机上 asa感光度转盘转至最大感光度（通常为 asa 6400），测光後再将测光值一格格倒算回目前所使用的真正 e.i.值，如此等于在某一感度下扩大了测光范围。
