To study the effect of some cytokines on placenta ripening in small-tail winter sheep, we utilize liquid-phase competition method and equilibrium method to measure the contents of serum interleukin 1β and 6 (IL-1β and IL-6), and tumour necrosis factor (TNF) in nonpregnant sheep (n=5) and sheep at day 85,105,125 and 140 after gestation and 150 (at parturition) (n=13).
为了研究细胞因子对小尾寒羊胎盘成熟的影响 ,本实验采用液相竞争法和平衡法 ,对小尾寒羊空怀期 (n=5 )和妊娠期 (n=13)第 85天、10 5天、12 5天、14 0天和 15 0天 (足月 )时的血清白细胞介素 - 1β(IL - 1β)、白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的含量分别进行检测。

是将表皮生长因子和促性腺激素联合用于不成熟卵母细胞进行体外培养，提高受精率及提高不成熟卵母细胞的体外成熟率。它是一项助孕技术，可以减少超排卵带来的经济负担和卵巢过度刺激的危险。解决卵巢本身缺陷诱发排卵无效病人的生育问题，以及为“卵子指赠”工作提供卵母细胞来源，但体外成熟的卵母细胞的胚胎较体内成熟卵母细胞要差，因此必须了解影响卵母细胞体外成熟能力因素和改善培养环境。
