Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kanglaotang (KLT) instead of EB in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB).
目的 研究中西医结合治疗肺结核 ,应用抗痨汤 (KLT)替代乙胺丁醇 (EB)对比性临床研究。

疳痨
疳痨 病证名。出《颅囟经》。一作疳劳。属肺疳重证。症见面色（白光）白，骨蒸潮热，午后两颧发赤，精神疲倦，时有干咳或咽痛，睡中盗汗等。《育婴秘诀》：“儿童十六岁以下，其病为疳；十六岁以上，其病为痨。疳、痨皆气血虚惫，乃脾胃受病之所致。”古代所称的痨，多数系指结核病。今对新生儿普遍接种卡介苗，婴幼儿结核已很少见。本症多由肺脾虚损所致。治宜益气育阴，补肺养脾，选用沙参麦冬汤及鳖甲散加减。
