1) CFA
福氏完全佐剂

Five rats in experimental group were induced by combined application of low-dose STZ with complete Freund s adjuvant (CFA),STZ with CFA was injected continously into rats peritoneal cavity for three weeks.
方法将8只大鼠随机分为对照组3只,实验组5只;实验组将福氏完全佐剂(CFA)与小剂量STZ联合使用,连续3周大鼠腹腔注射,制造Wistar大鼠1型糖尿病模型,并对2组大鼠的进食量、饮水量、尿量、体重、血糖及尿糖进行密切监测,同时对实验组及对照组大鼠进行葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)。

Methods Mice were immunized with P30/35 subunit vaccine of Toxoplasma gondii which were combined with bacteria-like particles adjuvant,LTA adjuvant,propolis extra adjuvant or CFA,then the immune response and the survival time of mouse attacked by Toxoplasma gondii were observed.
方法 应用拟菌颗粒、脂磷壁酸、蜂胶 3种佐剂分别和弓形虫P3 0 3 5特异蛋白组分混合、碾磨、免疫小白鼠 ,以福氏完全佐剂作对照 ,检测其细胞免疫和体液免疫 ,并观察其受到弓形虫攻击感染后的生存情况。

Methods In order to develope a induce PM animal model in purified guinea pia muscle myosin mixed with complete Freund adjuvant was injected subcutaneously to SD rats many times and the results of the clinical finding,the EMG,the pathologic changes and the musclar MRI changes in SD rats was assessed.
方法采用豚鼠的骨骼肌匀浆加完全弗氏佐剂多次免疫SD大鼠制成多发性肌炎模型,观察其临床表现、肌电图、肌酶、肌肉病理和肌肉磁共振的改变。

Objective To establish adjuvant arthritis(AA) models in rats induced by CFA and take a comprehensive evaluation.
方法大鼠左后足垫皮下注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱导AA后,采用关节炎评分法对关节肿胀程度进行评估,应用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原(CollagenⅡ,CⅡ)抗体的含量,并用透射电镜观察月国窝淋巴结和病变关节滑膜的超微结构的变化。
