【性状】
本品为无色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取本品10ml，照硝酸甘油溶液项下的鉴别试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
pH值 取本品5ml与饱和氯化钾溶液1滴，混匀，依法测定（附录Ⅵ H）， pH值应为3.0 ～6.5 。 有关物质 取本品，加无水乙醇制成每1ml 中含硝酸甘油1.0mg 的溶液，作为供试 品溶液；精密量取适量，加无水乙醇稀释制成每1ml 中含硝酸甘油10μg 的溶液，作为 对照溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅴ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各100μl，照硝酸甘油 溶液项下的方法，自“分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上”起，依法检查，应符合规定。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
照硝酸甘油溶液含量测定项下的方法试验与测定，即得。
