偏历 偏历 经穴名。出《灵枢·经脉》。属手阳明大肠经。手阳明之络穴。屈肘，在前臂背面桡侧，当阳溪与曲池连上，腕横纹上3寸；或以两手虎口交叉，当中指尽处是穴。其桡侧布有前臂外侧皮神经和桡神经浅支，尺侧为前臂背侧皮神经和前臂骨间背侧神经及头静脉。主治鼻衄，耳聋，耳鸣，目赤，齿痛，咽喉肿痛，口眼歪斜，水肿，腕臂痛等。直刺0.3-0.5寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
